Do you cripple the Starter plan?

No. Starter includes unlimited customers, sites, buildings, and assets, plus work orders, scheduling, the Knowledge Engine, and the Universal Report Engine. Nothing is throttled artificially.

Can I add users anytime?

Yes. Add or remove users from your Subscription page. You're billed prorated for the change.

How does billing work?
